Wayne Fisher, President and Founder

Wayne Fisher, PhD, founded Rockdale Innovation after retiring from P&G in 2012. While at P&G, Wayne created a series of popular innovation workshops for all phases of new product development. He has trained thousands of managers, providing a common language and framework for innovation, fostering collaboration across P&G’s diverse business units and regions. Prior to retiring, he served as a full-time creativity consultant and innovation facilitator at The GYM, an IDEO-inspired design studio in West Chester and a key enabler of P&G’s innovation capability.

Wayne is also active in the Product Development and Management Association, where he serves on the Outstanding Corporate Innovator selection committee. He is Past President of the Tri-State Chapter.

Wayne received his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and has been granted 16 US patents.

Katie Kinnemeyer, Innovation Guide

Katie Kinnemeyer, MBA, helps companies establish and grow their internal innovation capability. She is a Creative Problem Solving facilitator and trainer at Procter & Gamble as member of The GYM’s global innovation guide network. She is also co-leader of the Innovation Management Certificate program at the Xavier Leadership Center. Previously, she was Strategic Director at Thriveplan, an innovation strategy firm that develops new product concepts for driving category growth.

Katie serves as President of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Product Development and Management Association. She works with start-ups in the Cincinnati area applying the CPS process and commercialization best practices to ensure success as they enter and grow in their markets. Katie received her MBA from the University of Cincinnati. She is a board member of Cincinnati Generations Academy, serves on the Development Committee at Seton High School in Cincinnati, and is co-president of the Seton High School Alumnae Association.
